Pre Scheduling an Appointment Is Always Best

We understand that your time is valuable and by scheduling an appointment, we can make the best of that time. In your initial meeting you can expect to become familiar with your sales team member and our company as a whole. Items to be discussed are: plans, pricing, land options, financing, and the overall process. After this meeting, you should have a general knowledge of our company and how we can meet your needs.

We work with outside agents/Realtors® through our referral program.

Outside agents can be paid a referral fee if they meet our policy criteria. Ask our sales team upon first inquiry.

Once pricing and options are confirmed we will move to contract. Your contract will include all pricing and specifications for your home. Its very important that you read and understand everything you are getting with your new home per your contract. There have likely been many back and forth discussions previous to the contract adding and deleting options. So be sure that your contract has everything included that you want! Don’t rush through this step. We want to be very transparent in all that we do!

Once you know your budget and loan approval; we can now finalize your pricing. Nail down plans, specs, land, and improvements.

Getting approved! This process can be difficult to navigate with so many options before you. Let our sales team guide you through this process. We are not a mortgage broker and have no influence on your bank approval, however we can guide your steps through this process answering any questions you may have. There are many options when it comes to financing. We can help you get started in the right direction!

Build Times Can Vary Based on the Project Complexity

Typical build times are listed in your contract. Our construction team will be your guide through this process. They are available for questions and updates. Please feel free to reach out to them as we want you to have clear communication through this process. They will schedule a color selection meeting where you come into our office and select colors in our design room. They will also schedule site meetings as needed during construction.
